Six Kids Just Wasn't Enough!!

We decided to add two more to the herd....

Meet Alpine

and Big Jud

Why goats? These ain't no milkers. They're pack goats, and they can carry lots of gear! These two big guys will take quite the load off our backs when we go backpacking this summer...we've got lots of diapers and wipes to pack in! This is our solution of how we are to still get out in the mountains with lots o little ones!

We've been taking them out on day hikes to get them all ready for the real thing this summer.

Here are the rest of my little goats...

A big hole!

Today Kami lost her 4th tooth this morning!

There are two things you can always count on in Rexburg during the Spring...

Lots of WIND...

... and unpredictable crazy weather. We woke up to a blizzard yesterday morning that lasted until the afternoon. I do still have faith that daffodils will bloom...sometime... if I were a plant around here I would be a little nervous to come out of the ground too!

Welcome Spring, sort of...

Spring has been slow in coming this year...here is a picture out the back door on Easter Sunday! Luckily it has all melted now, and there are tiny sprigs of grass struggling to come forth.

Here is my attempt to get a picture of the kids in their Easter garb. I was cheesy and tried to get them to all match this year. I had grand plans of taking them all outside on a beautiful spring day and having a wonderfully impressive photo shoot. By the time they were all ready Sunday morning, Spencer had to leave for a meeting, the baby was asleep, and it was getting windy outside (thanks Rexburg). So I took a quick shot inside after church, and here is the only picture where they were all smiling. (Dallin was crying the whole time until Ryan snuck up behind me and tickled me and I screamed) Included is a phantom white fuzzy glare which I do not know where it came from, but I think I need to clean my camera lens or something.

2 Months Old!

My, how time flies! Ridge went in for his two month check-up today, and came out proudly boasting 12.4 pounds of beautiful baby fat (69th percentile) and 23.8 inches from fuzzy head to little toe ((80th percentile). He was good as gold and all smiles as he patiently went through two check-ups. One from a student, then from the doc. Way to go Ridge!

100% cuteness!!

We love this little guy!!

Ridge's Blessing Day

I think somebody looks alot like their daddy!

My sweet little brood.

(After a lady sitting behind us in church said "What a nice looking brood you have there!", I found out from the dictionary that it means "cluster of children") Yes, they are quite the cluster.
