What Have We Been up to Lately?

Kami could tell you that it all begins with the letter C, that says c..c..c... like in the words....

CLIMBIN'

We had fun a couple weeks ago for FHE taking the kids out to climb the rock at Heise.

CLOGGIN'

Spencer and Lindsey are having a blast taking clogging together. They are learning a cool routine.

COCOA

Why cocoa? Because we woke up to snow the other day and it snowed all morning!

The kids spent lots of time making snowballs and forts.... today there is sunshine and only a few remains of their cold white adventures.

Come back of the CURLS..letting Dallin's hair grow out has shown that maybe his curls are here to stay. I couldn't get him to hold still long enough for a good pic, but he sure does get lots of comments at church about his darling curls!

CELLS

We're studying cells in biology, and today the kids each made their own model of a cell...corn syrup in a baggie, then they put in different objects(like dry beans, raisins, noodles, chocolate chips ) to represent different molecules. Did you know cells are like a small factory? All of the molecules in a cell have a special job. Cells are flexible and can move around, just like a baggie full of corn syrup! Your body is made up of billions of cells!
